Some questions you might have...

When will my order be shipped?


In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. Customized products will go into production within 3-4 business days and ship within 7-10 days of ordering. DURING OUR PEAK SEASON (August-December) orders could take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, call us to discuss first. We always try to accommodate our customers, if possible.

What can I do if my shirt is damaged?

If the item you receive is damaged, contact us within 30 days of date of purchase, and we will replace it asap.

What shipping method do you use?

Small items (i.e., key fobs) will be shipped US first class mail. All other items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, delivery confirmation. Larger orders will ship via UPS with delivery tracking information. If you choose "delivery to school" option, shipping is free and will be delivered when all orders are ready. You will receive an email when order is available for pick up in Coppell. What is your return policy?
